Residential Habilitation

Residential Habilitation: In 1981, NHR opened its first residences in a rural community in eastern Dutchess County, New York. Today, the agency has 31 group homes and 12 supportive apartments in Dutchess and Ulster counties that are home to people who range in age from their early 20's to their mid-80's and we have plans to continue our growth. Our supports range from 1-person apartments, homes in the community, and medically based homes.
