NHR celebrates National Direct Support Professional Week 2018

Thank you to everyone at New Horizons who worked on or participated in honoring our direct support professionals during National DSP week 2018. From a picnic, to raffles, to the wonderful stories that were shared, DSPs were honored for their professionalism and consistent grace under pressure.

This year we held two picnics: one was in the morning for people who were off or had finished the night shift. A second picnic was held in the early evening for people who worked the day shift or stopped by before their night shift.

In addition to great food and good company, there were plenty of games to keep everybody busy.

DSPs are MVPs! Thanks for all you do.
