Sign on Bonus

NHR will pay $500 to any staff member who refers a new hire to any FT position. The new hire will receive $250. If a staff member refers a new hire to a part-time position, the staff is paid $250 and the new hire is paid $125 after 90 days. If staff refers a new hire for a per diem position, the referring employee will receive $100 after the new hire successfully completes 90 days in the position (for all positions). These bonuses are all paid after the new hire successfully completes 90 days in the position.
